DUTIES: Design, engineer, and maintain construction projects. Analyze plans, survey reports, maps and other data to plan and design projects. Analyze specifications and requested custom details from clients to estimate material and labor requirements and design blueprints to meet client needs and code, environmental, safety and other legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for management of residential and other construction projects. Monitor engineering operations. Resolves issues as they arise. Research new trends and technologies and incorporate them in current and future projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: US or foreign Bachelor's or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Architecture and two years experience as Project Engineer, Structural Designer or related capacity.
