DUTIES: Provide technical support by assisting users concerning the use of JNCloud billing software. Inspect JNCloud software for bugs and report to lead programmer for review. Work closely with analysts, designer and engineers in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating JNCloud software issues. Test, evaluate and debug JNCloud software updates in controlled, real situations before going live. Maintain the integrity of the JNCloud software system and database. Train users in the proper use of the software, answer questions and/or resolve problems of users.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years of computer technical support, computer support specialist, or related experience.
ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: This position also requires education or experience in: object oriented programming; network management systems; integrated applications; and data structures.
