JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with Creative Director to create and develop high quality marketing materials (print and digital) including seasonal lookbooks, weekly email fliers, eCommerce campaigns and tradeshow visuals. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data and to gather information to determine the potential sales of the company’s products. Create innovative marketing or advertising campaigns for branding and product launches. Discover and utilize effective marketing and promotional channels including social media platforms to relay product messages to customers. Use search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets. Review and analyze market data using data analytics software and web analysis tools to monitor customer trends and behavior and to develop marketing strategies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration or a related field, plus six (6) months of marketing (digital and/or traditional), market research, data analytics, or related experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of marketing (digital and/or traditional), market research, data analytics, or related experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: This position also requires education or experience in:
- Monitoring customer behavior to understand market trends;
- Creating, developing, launching, and/or monitoring marketing campaigns (traditional and/or digital); and
- Organizing market research studies and analyzing data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL, or related.
