JOB DUTIES: Assist in interviewing loan applicants to elicit personal and financial information and to assist in completing applications. Investigate applicants’ backgrounds and verify references. Assemble, compile, analyze and submit all required loan documentation. Prepare loan request papers. Forward findings, reports, and documents to loan processor and/or appraisal department. Review loan papers to ensure completeness and complete transactions between the company, borrowers, and sellers upon approval of the loan. Process loan applications to ensure smooth processing through closing. Contact customers by mail, telephone, or in person to generate business leads. Maintain referral relationships and business leads. Provide ongoing customer support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree in any field, plus two (2) years of customer service, sales, marketing, or related experience.
ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus six (6) months of customer service, sales, marketing, or related experience.
This position also requires education or experience in:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Reviewing and analyzing customer/client needs;
- Reviewing and analyzing data reports and market trends;
- Implementing marketing campaigns to generate business leads; and
- Building customer relationships.
