Job Duties:
Design and engineer custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and support KPI efforts across
multiple end-user groups. Manage operational requests and reporting, including customer
analysis, individual views, and trouble shoot issues. Develop software training materials and
work with data confidence and platform teams, managing Salesforce.com data feeds and other
integrations while enduring database integrity and accuracy. Evaluate new releases of
Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how
changes will apply to all affected departments/users. Provide support for Cloud Lending
Solutions and coordinated activities between Salesforce.com end-user groups and across all
Salesforce.com products/services, including but not limited to: Salesforce Sales Cloud,
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and Salesforce DMP. Design and develop
security on roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and group while maintaining and building
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce DMP applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements include a U.S. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 3 years experience as Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, or related capacity, including 3 years experiences with Salesforce.
