Job Duties:
Creating and preparing innovative pasta recipes incorporating Chinese cuisine formulas and
principles in every dish. Review and modify existing menu recipes and approve the addition of
pasta-based menu items. Monitors and coordinates kitchen operations to ensure quality,
efficiency and consistency of food preparations. Interact and communicate effectively with
kitchen staff for smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Order the required supplies and
inventory, and the reporting of any quality control, staffing, and kitchen operations issues to
management.
Special Job Requirements:
5 years of experience as a Pasta Chef or in a related chef or cooking position, including
experience in Chinese-style cuisine.
