Job Duties:
Provide monthly financial operating, and maintenance reports ; Records and analyzes
financial information; Makes effective used of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing
software to prepare statistical and written reports for company; Competently analyzes
and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations; Prepares annual budgets as
well as variance explanations; Interface with vendors, accounts payable and clients with
outstanding balances; Make necessary journal entries. Resolving accounting related issues
with clients and vendors; Maintain computerized accounting and inventory management system to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process; Conducts review of financial statements in accordance with regulations and company policies; Analyze monthly expenditure and revenue reports; Make appropriate recommendations to ensure compliance with budget projections; Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
Education Requirement: Bachelors's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related
