Job Duties:
Configure, modify, engineer, prepare, and manage data exports and application modules in
relation to Salesforce CRM module principals. Prepare high level program specifications and
diagrams and develop coding logic flowcharts while evaluating and managing mass imports
and exports of company data. Build and maintain Customer Portal and Sites, propose best
practices/standards within teams for development and scheduling batch operations, and
enhance/implement software applications. Work with tools necessary to develop, engineer,
and manage company software, such as Salesforce.com, Force.com IDF(Eclipse), IE &
Chrome Browser, GIT/Perforce, ANT, Soap UI, and Jira/Rally. Create scalable and
high-performance web services for data tracking, customizing and configuring SFDC objects,
data fields, workflows, and dashboards. Analyze users needs and then design, test, and
develop software in relation to Salesforce Development/Administration to meet those needs
and recommend software upgrades. Monitor application Deployment in Test and Production,
participate in POC effort to help build new CRM/Salesforce solutions, and build and maintain
Customer Portal and Sites to create scalable and high-performance webs services for data
tracking.
Special Requirements:
US OR FOREIGN BACHELORS DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR OTHER RELATED FIELD PLUS 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED, SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER OR IN OTHER RELATED CAPACITY INCLUDING EXPERIENCE IN
APPLICATION DESIGN USING SALESFORCE PLATFORM AND BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CUSTOMER PORTAL SITES.
