Job Duties:
Responsible for engineering, maintaining, managing, and developing Sales Cloud, Marketing
Cloud, and Salesforce DMP applications using Apex classes and triggers. Manage Salesforce
security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Build custom reports,
dashboards, workflows, and support KPI efforts across multiple end-user groups. Manage
operational requests and reporting, including customer analysis, individual views, and
troubleshoot issues. Develop training materials and provide both training and support to
Salesforce.com end users. Work with Data Confidence and Platform teams to manage
Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations while ensuring database integrity and
accuracy. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce software and other new technologies to
determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will
apply to all affected departments and users.
Educational Requirement:
Computer Science, Information Technology
Additional Requirements:
U.S. or foreign Masters or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Quality or related field; and 3 years experience as Salesforce Engineer, Applications Developer, or related capacity, including experience in providing day-to-day application support for multiple applications including application resiliency, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance, and perfective maintenance.
