Job Duties:
Manage system infrastructure including databases, test computer equipment, firewalls, malware/ransomware Protection and other software/hardware. Responsible for desktop, mobile, and network security, and for installing, administering and troubleshooting the company’s security solutions. Manage and Protect Microsoft Active directory user’s accounts and manage privileged access to active directory Admin roles. Train staff on proper protocols, monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity, perform risk assessment, audit machines and their software, update software on the latest security patches by patching customer environment using patch management tools, and ensure that each network resource has the proper defenses. Manage and protect email flow in all directions (inbound, outbound, internal), Create and operate mailboxes retention and compliance policies on Microsoft Exchange Online Compliance center. Provide tech support, regularly monitor and upgrade system, and assist in integrating new apps and technologies into the current system. Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies in the industry and create reports for management offering recommendations for implementation based on expertise.
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. or foreign Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Network and Communications Management or other IT related field, plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Helpdesk Administrator, IT Consultant, Software Support Specialist, or related position providing network domain level support services, tech support, troubleshooting, and monitoring security issues, and utilizing Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange online, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active directory accounts, Patch Customer environment, and Microsoft SQL.
