FUND RAISING MANAGER

Position: FUND RAISING MANAGER

Location: Delano, CA

Full-Time

Job Duties:

1) Develop and manage campaigns that bring in donations from various sources.; 2) Identify and interact with potential donors through connection strategies ranging from fundraising events to crowdsourcing campaigns to public relations; 3) Apply for grants and provide stakeholders (including executives and organizational leaders) with regular updates on their fundraising progress; 4) Develop fundraising activity plans that maximize participation or contributions and minimize costs; 5) Compile or develop materials to submit to granting or other funding organizations;6) Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions, managing fundraising projects; 7) Direct activities of external agencies, establishments, or departments that develop and implement fundraising strategies and programs; 8) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, government officials, and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new fundraising opportunities; 9) Establish goals for soliciting funds, develop policies for collection and safeguarding of contributions, and coordinate disbursement of funds; 10) Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with fundraising efforts; 11) Formulate policies and procedures related to fundraising programs, considering tax consequences related to gifts of stocks, bonds, charitable annuities, and real estate bequests in a will.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree major in Business, or Management, or Accounting, or Finance
