 Proposed Job Duties:

• Responsible for leading and overseeing accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes and procedures.
• Oversee internal audit and controls, compliance, and regulatory reporting, including tax planning and reporting and bank compliance.
• Check and/or lead the preparation of corporate financial statements for the company including balance sheets, income statements, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Oversee of documentation being forwarded to a taxing authority including but not limited to: DOR, L&I, Employment Security, various municipalities and other taxing agencies.

Qualification:

MS Accounting/Finance or equivalent; (Equivalent: BS Accountancy plus 5 years of progressive work experience).

Position: Urban Designer

Job Duties:

Responsible for professional urban design, including developing pre-architectural concepts in the form of urban design framework plans. Interpret and apply applicable state, county, and local codes, ordinances, and regulations, and analyze the impact of codes and ordinances on designs. Assist in the development of comprehensive plans and land development proposals. Conduct extensive research in specific or general project areas. Write and present formal and technical reports, working papers, and correspondence. Identify community problems, issues, and opportunities in particular neighborhoods that could be mitigated through better community planning. Develop long range plans for communities with common developmental issues. Develop strategies to promote economic and community development or efficient land use consistent with community goals. Recommend priorities, schedules, and possible funding sources to implement plans. Write a variety of reports and design guideline documents for development controls.
