Job Description:
This position will support the Staffing Department with day-to-day operations, specifically in caregiver recruitment, staffing coordination, and data entry. This role plays a key part in ensuring we match the right caregivers to the right clients, helping us deliver the high-quality care 1Heart is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting qualified caregivers, including scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and on-boarding new hires.

  • Support staffing efforts by helping match caregivers with client schedules and needs.

  • Maintain and update staffing schedules and caregiver availability.

  • Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping in company systems.

  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and office staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with other administrative and staffing-related tasks as needed.

Accounting Assistant

Chief Financial Officer

Job Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the Finance Department, managing long term financial goals, analyzing partnership opportunities, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. Drive all operational and financial planning efforts to reach and exceed goals. Partner with the CEO and President to help with growing the company and provide expert decision support. Develop strategies, originate and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Regularly develop expert analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics. Develop M&A strategy including identifying potential targets, manage the financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes. Develop acquisition documentation alongside legal advisory and negotiate with target during the diligence process. Develop and implement integration plan and work with all stakeholders to optimize synergies. Own the consolidated financial model, annual budgeting, and planning processes. Analyze market and competitor trends and support various industry research initiatives, including all Digital Publishers and in-house production companies. Create management presentation decks for Board meetings and other deliverables, partnering with the management team. Manage external stakeholders, including advisors, audit and tax partners, and banks to evaluate and optimize the company’s capital structure. Work with other Finance team members to run and improve revenue modeling, pipelining, pricing, and reporting. Maintain detailed budgets and forecasts for KPIs, P&Ls, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Requirements:

U.S. or foreign Master’s or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus three (3) years experience in the job offered, or as a Finance Director, Vice President – Finance, Vice President – Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President – Corporate Development and Planning, or related executive position, with experience in creating new weekly executive dashboards showing KPIs and metrics, leading the company’s strategic planning, budget, and quarterly forecasts, leading M&A transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, and integration planning, and providing key information for decision support. Must be CPA, CIMA, or ACMA certified.

Compensation:  $450,000-$475,000
