OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Duties:

1) Long-term planning to support the company’s goals by reviewing financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. 2) Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products, ensuring coordination of different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities 3) Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services, by assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability 4) Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties, while inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives 5) Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency by communicating with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects 6) Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers by identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue 7) Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. 8) Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with organization officials, or staff members by identifying opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes 9) Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. 10) Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations

Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management
