Position: Senior Associate, Operations and Fund Accounting

Duties:

Responsible for operations and fund accounting for the company’s direct lending funds. Preparation and reconciliation of daily position files and monthly portfolio reports. Perform complex calculations for loan pricing, debt restructuring, and portfolio reconciliation. Liaise with Counter Parties and internal teams to collect investment inputs and other documentation. Provide necessary documentation to auditors and resolve material variances. Contribute to quarterly SEC reporting procedures and review SOI. Enhance portfolio database accuracy and coordinate with interdepartmental data management projects.

Requirements:

U.S. or foreign Master’s or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with coursework in Advanced Financial Statement Auditing Topics, Accounting and Corporate Governance in Global Business, and Applied Financial Modeling.
