Responsible for supporting the finance team by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to the efficient operation of the organization’s financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.

  • Assist in payroll processing and related filings.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based position with standard business hours.

  • May require occasional overtime during month-end or year-end closing periods.
