Responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

  • Assist with audits, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

  • Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Collaborate with management to support business decision-making.

  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred but not required).

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience in corporate accounting or public accounting firm.

  • Knowledge of tax compliance and payroll processing.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
