Responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Assist with audits, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.

Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Collaborate with management to support business decision-making.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred but not required).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles.

Skills & Competencies:

Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
