JOB DUTIES:
Perform client management duties in relation to wholesale and manufacturing of textiles and fabrics. Strategize on how to increase sales. Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. Respond to customers’ questions about the textiles and fabrics, prices, availability, uses and credit terms. Work with the customers on choosing appropriate fabrics & treatments. Prepare sales quotations, price lists, and sample orders. Have substantial knowledge of the fabrics/textiles sold. Recommend and sell products to customers based on their needs, preferences, and interests. Estimate or generate quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Follow up on quotes. Convert quotes into orders in the system. Coordinate and place purchase orders with the suppliers. Monitor orders from entry to shipping. Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered on time. Arrange consultations with clients after sales or contract signings to address problems and provide client support/outreach. Seek new client relationships and nurture existing relationships. Prepare sales contracts and order forms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma/GED or equivalent, plus four (4) years of client services, account management, or related experience.
This position also requires education or experience in: (a) building and maintaining relationships with clients; (b) streamlining operations and providing product support/training; (c) improving customer satisfaction; and (d) SLA management.
