Conduct market analysis to determine how our products compare to our competitors and use those to communicate with customers and emphasize our advantages over competing companies. Speak with customers to determine their marketing needs utilizing knowledge in business, negotiate prices, and prepare service contracts tailoring ESearch marketing products to the customer needs. Complete expense reports and sales reports to provide these metrics to management so the company can better determine customer needs. Communicate with colleagues to improve selling strategies and assist with producing marketing information. Sell service contracts to maintain ongoing marketing business once rapport has been established with that customer. Evaluate marketing budget of the company and return on investment for each of the products offered. Prepare proposals and other presentations to explain the details and specifications of our marketing services. Quote prices, credit terms, and other specifications related to our services. Maintain communication with clients to ensure they are pleased with our product, and that they continue to use our services.
Experience in any other occupation which involves oral and written communications with the public will be accepted in lieu of public speaking experience.
